At SPB we try to make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. To ensure proper fitting please view the size charts that are located on the items page. If you have any questions regarding sizes, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to find the correct size for your pet.
Returns: Once receiving your order if you are dissatisfied please contact us within 7 days from delivery and we will be happy to help you. Any items that are returned to us must be in its original, brand new condition, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached, without odors or stains, pet hair, unwashed and in sellable condition.
Sweet Paws Bakery will accept returns for a size exchange or merchandise credit only. Merchandise credit will expire 1 year from date of purchase. We do NOT offer refunds, no exceptions will be made.
Please note due to health regulations these certain items are not eligible for exchange/returns: sale/clearance items, special ordered items, pet toys, dog diapers, male belly bands, dog food/water bowls, treats, dog carriers, pet beds, car seats and strollers.
Guidelines for requesting an exchange or merchandise credit:
Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items with invoice number, date of purchase, and item name. Please also specify if you wish to exchange for another size or if you would like store credit.
Once you have contacted us we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do NOT ship items back to us without this number. We recommend using a secure mail courier such as USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We must receive the item postmarked within 7 days from the date the RMA was issued. If we do not receive the products, it is still considered your property and a credit will not be issued. Please allow up to 30 days to process all returns and exchanges.
Once the merchandise has been received and we have confirmed that it is in unused, new condition an exchange or store credit will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are not in sellable condition. Store credit is calculated with product cost minus shipping cost.
We always check items in your order to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 48 hours. Please include invoice number, date, item name, and describe how the merchandise is damaged.
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of your original order, please contact us.
Please be sure to provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of your order. If items have to be re-shipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed shipping costs.
If a package is scanned by the mail courier as delivered, whether it was accepted/signed by you or someone else at your residence, neighbors, porch, front office receptionist, receiving department, etc is considered delivered. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages in transit otherwise.   We ship most packages without signature confirmation unless you specifically request this ($1.50 additional). Please keep in mind that the mail couriers scan the UPC on packages while they are right in front of your door before it is delivered, so please do not attempt to make a claim otherwise.   We monitor all proof of deliveries on packages that go out.
